is obtained from an extra special selection of grapes, comprising the Pinot Blanc, the Chardonnay, the Sauvignon, the Gewürztraminer, the Müller Thurgau, the Kerner, the Vernatsch, the Blauburgunder and the Cuvée Lagrein-Cabernet-Merlot Coldirus.

ALTO ADIGE PINOT BIANCO DOC

Description: Pinot blanc is a fresh-fruity white wine, greenish to pale yellow in colour with an aroma lightly reminiscent of green apples, grapefruits, citric fruits and fresh tropical fruits. On the palate it is complex, dry and full.

Goes well with: with light starters and fish; also makes an excellent aperitif.

Served lightly chilled: 10° - 12°C

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Bianco

Cultivation area/soil/climate: Cornaiano – Rungg, Appiano – Perdonig, gravel

Breeding/growing system: Guyot

ALTO ADIGE CHARDONNAY DOC

Description: greenish-yellow in colour with a delicately fruity aroma, dry, fresh and racy on the palate reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple, pear and citric fruits.

Goes well with: with starters and fish, or on its own as an aperitif.

Served lightly chilled: 10° - 12°C

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Cultivation area/soil/climate: Monte in Appiano and Rungg in Cornaiano, gravel

ALTO ADIGE MÜLLER THURGAU DOC

Description: delicately aromatic white wine, greenish to pale yellow in colour, flowery, lightly herbaceous with a hint of Muscat, dry fresh and aromatic on the palate.

Goes well with: as aperitif and with light appetisers and fish.

Served: lightly chilled 10° - 12°C

Grape variety: 100% Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau

Cultivation area/soil/climate: Valle Isarco - Chiusa/Velturno

ALTO ADIGE KERNER DOC

Description: delicately aromatic white wine, greenish to pale yellow in colour, flowery, lightly herbaceous with a hint of Muscat, white flowers, lychees, citric fruits, white pepper, dry, fresh, mimeral and crisp on the palate.

Goes well with: as aperitif and with light appetisers and fish.

Served: lightly chilled 10° - 12°C

ALTO ADIGE SAUVIGNON DOC

Description: Sauvignon is an elegant, lightly aromatic-grassy white wine, greenish yellow in colour, racy with an aroma and flavour reminiscent of green capsicum, gooseberry, tomato leaves, asparagus and elderberry flowers.

Goes well with: With asparagus, onion soup, snails, fish and as an aperitif.

Served: Lightly chilled, 12° - 14° C

ALTO ADIGE GEWÜRZTRAMINER DOC

Description: Straw- to golden-yellow, aromatic and full-bodied, discreet to pungent on the nose, agreeably dry and spicy with hints of clove, roses and lychee.

Goes well with: With fish based appetisers, pâtès, foie gras. It also makes an excellent dessert wine.

Served lightly chilled: 11 - 13°C

ALTO ADIGE SCHIAVA DOC

Description: delicious pale to full ruby red wines low in tannin. The wines are eminently quaffable, mild and fruity often with a delicious almondy aftertaste with scents of cherries, violets and raspberries.

Goes well with: With typical Tyrolean afternoon snacks (speck, sausage etc); it is also a favourite 'tavern wine', a perfect match for pasta dishes, pizza, white meats and mild cheeses.

Served: lightly chilled 14° - 16°C

Cultivation area/soil/climate: Cornaiano - Colterenzio

ALTO ADIGE PINOT NERO DOC

Description: Ruby to garnet in colour with a firm backbone of tannin, a concentrated and elegant aroma and flavour reminiscent of woodland berry fruits, fruits preserved an alcohol, dreid roses and pepper with impressive length.

Goes well with: with richly flavoured meat dishes, game and piquant hard cheeses.

Served: At room temperature, 18° - 20° C

CUVÉE LAGREIN-CABERNET-MERLOT COLDIRUS

Description: is garnet to dark garnet in colour, with a nose reminiscent of violets and blackberries, tobacco and cedar. On the palate it is fullbodied, velvety and complex flavour of chocolate and dried fruits.

Goes well with: With game, red meat and piquant cheeses.

Served: At room temperature, 18° - 20°C

Grape variety: 40% Lagrein, 40% Cabernet, 20% Merlot
