ALTO ADIGE CHARDONNAY DOC
Description: greenish-yellow in colour with a delicately fruity aroma, dry, fresh and racy on the palate reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple, pear, citrus fruits, caramel, vanilla and butter.
Goes well with: with starters and fish, or on its own as an aperitif.
Served: lightly chilled 12 - 14°C
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Cultivation area/soil/climate: Monte in Appiano, gravely soil
Breeding/growing system: Guyot
Yield: 65 hl/ha
Winemaking: Fermentation and maturation in small oak barrels (barrique), 6 months
Cellaring: 3-5 years
ALTO ADIGE LAGREIN DOC
Description: is full ruby to dark garnet in colour, with a nose reminiscent of violets, blackberries, dried roses, biter chocolat, cherries and pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety.
Goes well with: With game, red meat and piquant cheeses.
Served: At room temperature, 18° - 20°C

Cultivation area/soil/climate: Bolzano – Gries, loam and gravel, alluvial soil
Breeding/growing system: Guyot
Yield: 60 hl/ha
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation in oak barrels (barrique) – 16 months
Cellaring: 5 - 10 years
